We are seeking a Social Media Community Coordinator to join our team at Stake, the world's most popular online casino.
The role involves engaging with players across social platforms, fostering meaningful interactions, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities include:
* Commenting and moderation of all social media platforms
* Monitoring and reporting brand mentions, captions, tone of voice, UGC, and trend opportunities
* Collaborating on upcoming marketing beats on unique commenting opportunities
* Moderation of the Stake Community Forums
* Creating unique ways of engaging with customers
* Identifying brand risks and sharing insights with the Community and Social Media Manager
* Using social listening tools to find trending topics and engagement opportunities in real-time
* Identifying content where branded responses could gain visibility and tracking competitor engagement strategies
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* Experience with social listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc.)
* Knowledge of current internet culture, memes, and trending topics
* Experience with crisis communication and reputation management
* Familiarity with influencer outreach and community building strategies
* Basic graphic design skills for creating engaging visual content
* Experience with customer service or community support roles
