Key Responsibilities:
* Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs.
* Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
* Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops.
* Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards.
* Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
* 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects.
* Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience).
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
* Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems.
* Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving.
