As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of project execution—ensuring wind turbine projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Partnering closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and international teams, you’ll coordinate key activities, manage documentation, and keep projects running smoothly from design through to commissioning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate project activities and support Project Managers to achieve milestones.
- Act as the internal go-to for resolving project roadblocks.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Liaise with HQ and local teams to streamline deliverables and reporting.
- Support procurement, scheduling, and site mobilisation.
- Champion the use of project systems such as Aconex, Procore, and BIM 360.
- Ensure quality, regulatory, and HSE standards are met across all documentation.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Information Management, or similar (preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in the wind or renewable energy sector highly regarded.
- Solid knowledge of project documentation, DMS platforms, and construction processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
