**WHO YOU ARE**
- Intermediate knowledge of the company's proprietary software platform (can be attained within the first 4 months of employment).
- 2-3 years of experience in a teaching or training role. Preferably in a SAAS organization.
- Extensive experience creating training content and documentation.
- Previous classroom management experience is desirable.
- Previous public speaking experience is preferred.
- Advanced experience leading Zoom, WebEx, and MS Teams meetings is preferred.
- Previous experience working with a Learning Management System is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, early-stage company in the technology industry.
- Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessments.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Expertise with authoring tools such as IORAD, Captivate, etc.
- Experience developing training content in a high-tech environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Train both in person and online courses for employees and customers.
- Develop and revise training materials; documentation, videos and other related courseware.
- Research technical topics related to the InMoment eSaaS and XI platforms.
- Assist in testing, grading and management of the Learning Management System.
- Report data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
- Travel as needed (Domestically or Internationally).
