xCubed works alongside organisations to strengthen leadership, finance, operations, technology and strategy. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Accountant who enjoys combining financial expertise and data with technology, systems thinking and client support.
This is a flexible, part‐time role (20–25 hours per week) that can be worked remotely, with occasional travel when needed.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll
* Preparing monthly financial reporting and analysis
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
* Working directly with clients to support their financial operations
* Improving financial processes and reporting systems
* Contributing to exciting technology and systems projects
* Data management & systems - ownership of data integrity, standards & documentation
* Auditing & compliance
What we're looking for
* Around 5+ years accounting experience
* String Xero/ accounting software skills
* Someone organised, analytical and proactive
* A mind for technology, systems, data and making things more efficient
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
* Accounting qualification or working towards CA is helpful, but not essential. We would also be interested in hearing from CA qualified applicants.
