Executive Support to the Managing Director
* Provide high-level administrative support, acting as a first point of contact for the MD.
* Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, booking meetings, manage conference schedules and maintain accurate, up-to-date itineraries.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Assist with special projects and research as directed by the MD.
* Anticipate the needs of the MD and provide proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Marketing
* Marketing & Coordination: Stay across production schedules, manage key deliverables, and ensure broadcaster/investor requirements are met to the highest standard.
* Social Media Strategy: Develop tailored content plans for each production, and once approved, roll them out across company and project-specific channels.
* Content Creation & Engagement: Work closely with our in-house editor to create engaging, platform-specific content (video clips, graphics, posts) and keep conversations thriving across social platforms.
* Marketing Materials: Design and generate posters, key art and other promotional deliverables in Photoshop and Canva as required for each production
* Team Collaboration: Under the Head of Post Production work with wider production teams to ensure deadlines, creative standards, and audience engagement goals are consistently achieved.
What we're looking for:
* Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or executive support role is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications (bonus if within TV, film, or creative industries).
* Strong skills in Photoshop and Canva for creating high-quality marketing materials
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders, and competing priorities.
* A creative approach to content – from crafting posts to spotting the moments that audiences will love.
* A collaborative mindset – you thrive when working as part of a team, but you're also confident owning tasks independently.
* A proactive, adaptable approach – comfortable switching between creative marketing work and executive-level administration.
