We are looking for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Psychiatric Nurse to join our innovative team at Cabrini. About the Role
This permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) position offers attractive hourly rates plus 17.5% leave loading, as well as opportunities for salary packaging and meal card benefits. Located in vibrant Elsternwick, close to shops, cafes, and public transport, this role provides a convenient and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women experiencing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder;
* To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans;
* To conduct assessments and provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families;
* To maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records;
* To participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health nursing.
Requirements:
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse;
* A diploma-level qualification in nursing;
* A minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital setting;
* The ability to work autonomously and take initiative;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
