About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin & Marketing Support person to join our growing team at The Manufacturing Growth Hub Pty Ltd.
This is a Casual or part-time, flexible role supporting two aligned businesses:
* The Manufacturing Growth Hub (manufacturing-focused consulting and ISO implementation)
* Trade-based business coaching programs, where we guide and mentor business owners to improve systems, structure, and performance
The role requires on-site attendance every Friday in Mornington (coaching and client support day).
During the rest of the week, the role is work from home, with flexible hours.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, client interaction, and helping implement real changes inside growing businesses.
What you’ll be doing
Administration & Client Support
* General administrative support including document management, data entry, CRM updates, and workflow coordination
* Liaising with clients to support onboarding, follow-ups, and day-to-day queries
* Organising meetings, calendars, and materials for coaching sessions and programs
* Supporting the consultants with preparation, follow-up actions, and client deliverables
Marketing & Communications
* Assisting with marketing activities including email campaigns, basic social media posting, and content updates
* Managing simple marketing systems and templates (emails, forms, proposals, onboarding packs)
* Supporting event coordination, workshops, and group coaching sessions
* Helping prepare client-facing documents, presentations, and resources
Client Implementation Support
* Assisting clients to implement agreed systems, templates, and processes during the week
* Helping clients follow through on actions from coaching sessions
* Acting as a friendly and responsive support contact between coaching days
On-site Fridays
* Being on-site every Friday to support trade-based business coaching sessions
* Assisting with setup, coordination, client support, and follow-ups
* Working closely with the lead consultant and clients face-to-face
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or marketing support role
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different clients
* Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
* Confidence working independently in a remote environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Experience with CRMs, email marketing tools, or online platforms is highly regarded
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to help clients get things done
* Reliable availability to be on-site every Friday in Mornington
