The Role This role involves providing administrative support to a People and Capability team to maintain efficient processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities include: - maintaining accurate employee records, - responding to employee queries and issues, - assisting in recruitment and onboarding, - facilitating inductions and overseeing training compliance, - supporting employee engagement initiatives, - managing HR systems and preparing analytics reports, - and aligning internal processes with employment legislation. Your Profile The right candidate will be an organised and motivated individual with a passion for supporting teams and enhancing workplace environments. Ideally, you bring 1-2 years of HR administration or office support experience, paired with a foundational understanding of employment laws. Your ability to handle confidential information, communicate effectively, and maintain accuracy in data-driven tasks sets you apart. We're Looking For: - HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification (or working toward one preferred). - A willingness to learn and strong work ethic. - A positive attitude and friendly disposition. - HR administration experience and familiarity with platforms such as HRIS and recruitment systems like Employment Hero (advantageous). - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a collaborative mindset.
