We are seeking an experienced Motorbike Mechanic to join our team at Shepparton Motorcycles. As a key member of our service team, you will provide exceptional customer service, diagnose and estimate repair costs, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
* Providing professional and courteous customer service
* Accurately diagnosing and estimating repair costs
* Communicating with customers on repair status
* Processing warranty claims and liaising with manufacturers
* Maintaining detailed records of service and warranty work
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and warranty claims management software
* A keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently
