Hotel Food and Beverage Leader
We are seeking a motivated Full Time Hotel Food and Beverage Duty Manager to lead our team across multiple outlets.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead and support outlet operations with a strong floor presence, especially during evenings, providing exceptional service to our guests.
* To manage the opening, closing, and reset procedures across multiple food and beverage venues, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* To oversee daily team performance, coach and mentor staff on service standards, guest engagement, and product knowledge.
* To coordinate and create rosters in line with business demands and IHG brand standards.
* To maintain high standards of RSA, HACCP, WHS, and other key certifications.
* To handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
* To assist in inventory management, stocktakes, and ordering processes.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a hotel food and beverage leadership position.
* Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail offerings.
* Prior experience with point-of-sale systems, particularly Shiji – Infrasys.
* Prior experience managing team rosters.
* A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A dynamic, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
* High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
