They are Tesla's front line and brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their first visit to our showrooms to their delivery day, helping deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience. Success at Tesla requires energy, organization, and a passion for sustainable energy, along with the ability to create exceptional client experiences. Teamwork is essential, and contributions to team success are highly valued.
What You'll Do
1. Engage walk-in guests promptly, opening conversations and making them feel welcome.
2. Educate prospective customers and current owners via calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla's products and answer questions.
3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information, scheduling, and co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
4. Contribute to monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting or exceeding KPIs.
5. Execute sales and delivery operations proficiently, delivering strong client experiences with minimal guidance.
6. Support the presentation, sale, delivery, and installation of the Tesla ecosystem.
7. Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership phases.
8. Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions during their purchase journey.
9. Educate customers on the purchase and delivery process from initial contact to delivery day.
10. Ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery appointments.
11. Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer's needs.
12. Manage trade-ins and complete delivery day documentation.
13. Perform Tesla Direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customer homes when required.
14. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to meet business objectives.

6. Mastery of Tesla products and services, with awareness of EV industry trends and incentives.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.
8. Valid driver's license in the applying country, with a minimum of 2 years of a clean driving record.
9. Ability to obtain necessary state licensing, if applicable.
