Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of digital clients, serving as the main point of contact, tracking and communicating project milestones and deadlines, identifying and resolving risks or issues, and providing regular updates to clients.
Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project ownership in a technology or app-related environment, a strong understanding of digital projects, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
