Support Worker Opportunity
This role involves delivering tailored support plans that promote independence, dignity, and choice for clients living with disability or older Australians.
* Daily living and personal care
* Community access and social support
* Domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
* Transport to appointments and outings
* Medication support (as required)

About You
You will be a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual, committed to supporting others to live independently.
* Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
* Current Senior First Aid and CPR certification
* Full Driver's Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
* Diabetes training (or willingness to complete)
