This is a great opportunity for a proactive Senior / Management Accountant to take ownership of cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and commercial analysis while partnering closely with the senior leadership team.
You'll play a key role in managing the financial health of the business — turning numbers into insight, improving processes, and helping drive performance across operations. We are located in Melbourne and Gold Coast with plans for Adelaide in 2026.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
* Prepare and analyse P&L and business performance results
* Oversee weekly payroll (manufacturing and admin staff)
* Control and report on labour and production costs
* Assist with inventory management and stock control reporting
* Provide timely financial reports and insights to management
* Support process improvements and internal financial controls
* Manage small team of AP & AR staff

About You
* CPA/CA qualified or working towards
* 5+ years' experience in management accounting or commercial finance
* Manufacturing or industrial background preferred
* Confident with weekly payroll and award compliance
* Strong Excel and ERP/Accounting systems skills
* Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills
* Self-motivated, positive, and commercially minded
* Must hold valid Australian work authorisation
You'll have the confidence and presence to sit with senior management to explain financial performance in a clear, relaxed, and educated way. The leadership team is extremely busy and values experienced professionals who can lead within their area of expertise, provide trusted guidance, and drive clarity in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.
