You will manage, monitor and adjust the production plan to ensure production output and finished goods achieve production forecasts and Customer quoted lead times.Key responsibilitiesUpdate, monitor and review daily production actuals against production plansEnsure that work orders are processed and actioned on timeEnsure customer orders are scheduled into the production plan to balance customer, shifts and material requirementsProactive in identifying scheduling and capacity issues and implementing improvementsProvide schedule updates within weekly production meetings and as required with schedule changes to all relevant stakeholdersLead and complete periodic stock takesCreate a raw material forecast, raise purchase orders and work with key suppliers to execute a purchasing planAssist in driving a high-performance safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE processesMaintain high quality and efficient outputAbout youExtensive planning and scheduling experienceDemonstrated experience in a manufacturing organisationCompetent level of IT skillsStrong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholdersUnderstanding of maintenance and efficiency outputsAbility to manage conflicting demandsIdeally hold a degree or certificate 4 from Finance, Administration or ManufacturingLeadership skills and stakeholder management abilityHold full Australian work rightsWhat's in it for you?
