Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
* Maintain a clean and sanitised environment, including equipment, furniture, and premises.
* Process meals efficiently in the meal pass system and handle cash transactions according to established protocols.
* Support basic food preparation as requested by senior culinary staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hold current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate.
* Prior experience in barista or bartending is highly valued.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service.
