The key activities involve management of contract performance, routine servicing, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting of specialised fire safety maintenance across Housing Portfolio properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining high-quality standards through risk-based quality assurance.The purpose of this role is to carry out on-site and desktop compliance inspections to ensure that maintenance meets required standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per contractual agreements. This role may require statewide travel including overnight stay where necessary, for the purposes of onsite audits.What you'll doAs an Asset Performance Officer in Fire Safety Maintenance, your primary responsibility will be to conduct specialised fire safety compliance inspections for Housing Portfolio's Fire Safety Maintenance program.
