Care Done Differently is growing, and we're looking for passionate, reliable Support Workers to join our team across the Southern Highlands
About the Role
* Casual shifts, with potential to increase
* Shifts available across weekdays and weekends
* Duties may include in-home supports, overnight monitoring, personal care as required, community access, and daily living assistance
* Workers are carefully matched with participants to ensure the right fit and continuity of care
* Supporting participants to achieve their goals, independence, and quality of life
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Mental Health, or related field
* Experience with personal care, manual handling, and medication administration
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine caring approach
