About the role:
You will be responsible for maintaining the company's commercial and residential properties. This full-time, hands-on position will see you play a key role in ensuring the company's assets are well-maintained and operational.
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Major repairs and new building projects
- Comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for::
- Experience in a building maintenance role, ideally within the property, facilities or construction industries
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment and infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and general handyman work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical or construction-related discipline
