Job Description
We are one of APAC's fastest growing IT Distributors headquartered in Australia on the Gold Coast, with team members in NSW, VIC and an office in Manila.
Due to our phenomenal growth and an increasing business demand we are searching for a result driven, self‑motivated Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS).
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Digital Marketer to play an integral part in our dynamic young team.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving our brand awareness through digital technology, drive leads and revenue through our marketing platform and create value for our strategic suppliers while maximising the return on our digital investment.
Responsibilities
* Take complete ownership of our online channel (website and e‑commerce across all brands)
* Develop and manage the digital and online media strategy to build brand awareness and drive product demand
* Work with CEO and COO to revamp the company website, online portals, e‑commerce channel and social media presence
* Deliver exceptional uplift to all brands from customer experience through to overall online sales
* Produce online content for distribution on all key social media and digital channels
* Increase website traffic and conversion
* Assist in the development of cost effective marketing strategies to maximise results across all digital channels
* Analyze campaign results and produce reports in order to assist Executives to increase market intelligence
Experience
* Tertiary level qualifications (e.g., bachelor degree or higher) in a relevant marketing or business discipline
* Experience and understanding of digital marketing channels across all key channels including paid search, SEO, SEM, display, email, social media
* Experience with data analysis and producing insights from web analytics platforms that will guide and enhance digital strategies. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword search/tracking tools
* Measuring and reporting on results for all digital marketing campaigns
* Optimization of website (WordPress) to improve usability, conversion and lead generation - website audits
* Digital campaign management experience - planning, briefing, optimising and reporting
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Creative strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach
