Technical Services Officer
We are seeking a skilled IT and Resource Officer to join our Learning Hub team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality IT, digital and audio-visual support to staff and students, ensuring seamless access to secure and reliable technology systems.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide frontline IT support to staff and students
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
* Maintain and support endpoint services (laptops, desktops, tablets)
* Install and manage AV and classroom technologies for daily use and events
* Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
* Contribute to IT documentation, policy development and continuous improvement
* Support live events with AV setup and post-production tasks
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

To Be Successful:
