Delivering around-the-clock support to young people aged 12 to 17 in our care placements, you will be an integral part of a leading organisation that values employees and prioritises youth development.
About the Role
* Establish strong relationships with young people and colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment
* Implement routines tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual under your care
* Transport young people to and from school, day programs, and appointments to ensure their daily needs are met
* Assist in developing and implementing programs designed to promote growth and development among young people
You will work as part of a team supporting vulnerable adolescents who require specialised care. Your tasks may include:
* Providing assistance during meal times
* Maintaining accurate summary notes
* Helping create a safe and welcoming living space for young people
