Operations & Procurement Coordinator Job Description
This pivotal role sits at the centre of Operations, ensuring procurement, workflow admin, supplier coordination and internal processes are clean, accurate, and ahead of the curve.
* Raise, process, and track purchase orders
* Maintain clean, accurate procurement data
* Build and maintain supplier relationships
* Report delivery statuses for fabrication, assembly, and site teams
* Monitor part shortages and communicate proactively
* Maintain workflow accuracy across Operations
* Prepare documentation, delivery dockets, and internal packs
* Ensure drawing revisions, materials lists, and order statuses stay aligned
* Assist with scheduling information and follow-up tasks
