Disaster Support Specialists
We are seeking dedicated individuals to help people impacted by disasters. Key responsibilities include assisting persons, project support, recording interactions and data, and supporting service delivery and recovery efforts.
* Main Tasks:
* Assisting persons affected by emergency events with empathy and understanding.
* Providing project support and coordination to ensure effective disaster response.
* Recording interactions and support into databases for accurate tracking.
* Sustaining service delivery and recovery efforts through collaborative teamwork.
* Fostering relationships with individuals, communities, and stakeholders to promote trust and cooperation.
* Participating in community outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness and encourage involvement.
* Coordinating case management for impacted communities and individuals to provide targeted support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure effectively.
