We hold the flagship tenancy in the new shopping precinct of Mambourin Marketplace, which is only a stone throw from Werribee. Situated right at the entrance of the shopping complex and with a total of 60 seats including alfresco dining, Mambourin will join our other existing venues at Westfield Fountain Gate and Eastland Shopping Town. Our Mambourin location will be the first with a kitchen, offering a European-influenced brunch menu, a takeaway baguetterie, curated cocktails and last but not least, award-winning specialty coffee

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in European or modern Australian cuisine
* Passion for technique, brunch and bistro-style cooking
* Confident communicator with positive
* High standards in quality, consistency and presentation
* Willingness to learn new skills and a passion for hospitality
* Predominantly daytime hours, weekend availability essential
