Site Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Administrator to join our Queensland Operations on a 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the project team during a power station shutdown, and will carry out a wide range of tasks from payroll and invoicing to reporting and training management.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing administrative services directly to the project/site teams
* Maintaining accurate data and documentation related to projects
* Inputting and uploading time sheet data
* Coordination of employee training and PPE
* Data entry from a variety of information sources
* Cost tracking and variance analysis
* Procurement and invoicing
* Assisting the project team with the generation and updating of internal and external reports
Requirements
* Previous experience in a site-based administration position in the resources sector
* Strong written skills and a confident user of MS Excel
* Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Excellent attention to detail; process driven to meet compliance standards
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Ability to prioritise workloads and help others when needed
* Proof of right to work in Australia
