In this unique role, you will be required to assist with sales and in the workshop. This is a great opportunity for those with sales expertise wanting to learn tyre fitting or for those in the tyre industry to take the next step and move into long term careers in Sales and Management.

In this role, you will provide customers with the best possible customer service experience, guiding them to a decision that best meets their wants and needs. We offer a large up to date workshop and provide above award wages, remuneration package will be based on experience. You will be responsible in conjunction with the owner/manager for the daily operations of the workshop. Training will be provided to the right person.

Your day-to-day tasks would include
* Assisting customers with tyre and wheel services, including fitting, balancing and rotating tyres
* Conducting tyre inspections and providing recommendations for replacements or repairs
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
What we're looking for
* A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with your hands
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
* The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* A valid driver's licence
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in the tyre or automotive industry
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tyre fitting duties
It is crucial the successful applicant has knowledge of either the tyre or Automotive industry. You will have excellent leadership skills, be a strong communicator with Honesty and integrity, have a can do attitude, be a team player and adhere to business and safety guidelines. This position is also well suited to an experienced Tyre Fitter or Mechanic who is comfortable with technology and is looking to further their skills. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Normal working hours are 40 hours per week between the hours of 8-5pm Monday - Friday & you will be required to work Saturday from on a rotating roster.
