As a
Value Add Technician
, you'll play a vital role in the seed treatment and coating process to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for operating machinery, applying seed treatments accurately, and ensuring all processes run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is more than a hands-on production role – it's a key position that directly supports the supply chain performance and strategic growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operate seed coating and blending equipment safely and efficiently
Follow strict quality standards and recipe guidelines for chemical application
Accurately bag, label, and process seed according to company policies
Track and report variances in raw material usage
Assist in stocktakes and help refine operating procedures
Positively contribute to a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Australian Driver's Licence
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Previous experience in agriculture, seed treatment, or manufacturing
Familiarity with coating and blending equipment
A proactive, team-focused attitude
