With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health, and develop your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

Achieve Something Great
As the Digital Health and Critical Care Team Leader Pharmacist at Campbelltown Hospital, you will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing safe, high‐quality pharmaceutical care through both clinical excellence and digital innovation. You will oversee the strategic and operational direction of pharmacy clinical informatics, including the configuration, optimisation, governance and evaluation of digital medication systems and decision‐support tools. Your work will ensure these systems align seamlessly with clinical workflows, medication safety principles and organisational digital health priorities, strengthening the way care is delivered across the hospital.
In this senior pharmacy role, you will lead and deliver high‐quality pharmaceutical services across critical care areas, ensuring safe, compliant and outcome‐focused medication management. You will coordinate the Critical Care Pharmacy Service — including the Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology — while providing operational oversight, supporting and training pharmacy staff, and contributing to leadership, clinical and dispensary functions. Working collaboratively with medical and nursing teams, you will act as a trusted medication expert, resolve medication‐related issues, support patient flow and contribute to teaching, research and continuous improvement. Using your clinical systems expertise and data analysis skills, you will drive practice improvement initiatives that enhance medication safety in a fast‐paced hospital environment.

Are You the Right Fit?
You will thrive in this role if you are a registered pharmacist with experience in critical care environments and confidence working across complex clinical and digital systems. You bring strong clinical judgement, advanced data interpretation skills, and a commitment to safe, effective, and compliant medication management. You are an organised and collaborative leader who supports pharmacy staff, works effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and upholds the highest ethical, professional and legislative standards.

* Strong clinical judgement with well‐developed skills in gathering, analysing and applying medication and system data
* Effective leader who provides guidance, support and expert advice to pharmacy staff
* Collaborative approach to achieving shared clinical and service goals with multidisciplinary teams
