Responsibilities:
* Build positive relationships with suppliers
* Drive sales and meet KPI's
* Strong product knowledge across Beer, Spirits & Wine
* Handling all Hotel and Bottle shop ordering, deliveries and stock management
* Have a friendly and approachable manner
* Lead & coach your team
* Must be able to work autonomously
* Ensure work health & safety of yourself and your team, identify hazards and implement control measures
* Work with the Venue Manager to cross-train team members
* Confident in visual merchandising, creating stock displays and promotions
