You will collaborate closely with agency teams and liaise directly with the client, ensuring seamless project delivery and the highest standards of content execution. Deliverables
Oversee daily talent management operations, including talent selection, outreach, contracting, content briefing, sign-off, and posting management
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and agencies as needed
Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery from all talents
Provide ongoing project progress and delivery reports to the client
Develop and optimize deliverables, identifying creative ways to enhance content and campaign performance
Manage project workflows and establish best practices for day-to-day operations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a talent manager in a digital-first agency
Proven experience working with creators and influencers
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms
Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously
Skilled in working with briefs, production documents, and schedules
Passion for social media and up-to-date with creator marketing trends
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, quick-thinking, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Effective team collaborator and communicator
Experience with task management tools and talent booking processes
