What You'll Own
* Full responsibility for manufacturing operations performance
* Enforcement and leadership of OH&S standards—no shortcuts, no exceptions
* Recruitment, leadership, and performance management of production staff
* Implementation and execution of Lean Manufacturing and 5S systems
* Driving output, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiency
* Setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to results
* Identifying problems quickly—and solving them faster
What We Expect
* 10+ years' experience leading manufacturing operations—no exceptions
* A proven track record of delivering measurable results
* Strong, hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S
* Confidence managing safety compliance and high-risk environments
* The ability to build, lead, and, when needed, reset underperforming teams
* Experience managing teams of at least 25-50 people in operational environments
* Strong leadership presence—you lead from the front, not from behind a desk
* Relentless focus on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
