You will be part of a dedicated team of 250 contact centre staff across Australia, committed to being the best pathology provider in the country.
The Role
Our Customer Experience Specialists provide essential support to our customers, ensuring outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding confidential patient pathology results, liaising with patients, doctors, vets, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
Shift work is available across 24/7 hours, with overtime and comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities
* Manage up to 150 calls per day, delivering exceptional service to stakeholders
* Prioritize urgent interactions to ensure optimal health and business outcomes
* Maintain high satisfaction, experience, and customer advocacy levels
* Resolve complaints effectively
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Identify opportunities for innovation and participate in continuous improvement
