Kirinari are seeking a Senior Workforce Specialist (Health & Wellbeing) to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will support our team to promote wellbeing strategies, support injured staff to return to duties, and also assist with employee relations and general HR functions. This opportunity is ideal for someone with demonstrated experience supporting staff on their return to work journey while driving positive business outcomes.
Candidates with experience in employee wellbeing, employee relations and operations are highly regarded.

About The Position
This position is full-time permanent position located at our Lavington office to commence as soon as practicable.
Our Senior Workforce Specialist (Health & Wellbeing) will enjoy the challenges and development opportunities presented by the exposure they receive to a variety of tasks under the Human Resources banner, allowing them to grow their skill set and progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
Support the balanced health and wellbeing of all Kirinari staffAssist employees on their return to work journeySupport the Employee Relations Specialist with industrial matters as requiredCommunicate and liaise with external stakeholdersCollaborate and create connection with cross-functional teams, including operations and management to promote a positive, inclusive cultureMaintain confidential employee records and prepare relevant reportsAssist in the administration of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, documentation and compliance trackingSupport and mediate employee relations issues with respect, including conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace investigations
About You
Proven experience in employee wellbeing, employee engagement or similar HR roleIn-depth understanding of employee wellbeing frameworks, mental health and workplace wellnessStrong knowledge of employee relations, conflict management and performance managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathetic, proactive and skilled at building relationships and trust across all staff levelsStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and confidentialityExperience in operations or an operational environment is highly regardedCurious, intuitive, resilient and agileAbility to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamThrive in a fast-paced environment
