About the role
Immediate start available. This is a live‐on site position requiring the holder to own a caravan or motorhome. Availability to work weekends, peak periods and complete overnight on‐call duties is required.
We are looking for an amazing Groundskeeper / Caretaker to join the team at Tasman Holiday Parks – Hervey Bay.
Responsibilities
* Mowing, trimming, hedging and pruning of the park grounds.
* General garden care and maintenance of plantings.
* Blowing pathways and keeping walkways clear.
* Organising maintenance quotes as required.
* Removal of rubbish and debris around the park.
* Pool cleaning and maintenance.
* Assisting with troubleshooting to solve repair issues.
* Providing on‐site overnight living and being available for on‐call duties on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in building or facilities maintenance is desirable.
* Experience with lawn, plant and tree care.
* Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
* Physical agility and good manual dexterity.
