**About the Role**
The principle role of a Team Leader - Property Manager is to assist the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing to handle daily business operations of all properties within the Southern Cross Housing Ltd portfolio within relevant legal requirements and to provide high quality customer service.
This position comes with a company car for both work and personal use
**We'll also be asking you to:
- **
- Provide a monthly financial report (snapshot) of the monthly financial activity of the P&L to the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing.
- Coordinate monthly report for the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing.
- Compile monthly tenancy activity report to the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing.
- Attend Community Housing Forum meetings and distribute the minutes to all Property Managers and Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing when received.
- Draft the CHP report to Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing to authorise on an annual basis.
- Coordinate annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
- Coordinate the annual Tenant's calendar for end of year.
- Arrange and hold fortnightly or monthly Team Meetings and provide an update to the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing.
- Arrange all other meetings and attend as requested by the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing.
- With the direction of the Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing the Housing Team will coordinate the apportionment of properties, including the management of the Broome BSA properties and any new additional properties.
- Housing Team to run fortnightly rents from Chintaro and send to Accounts Receivable.
- Attend Strata Meetings as required and when
- Contribute to the budget process and monitor the budget expenditure to meet approved
