Job Description: As a People Business Partner, you will provide operational HR advice and support to managers, employees, and participants with disabilities. Your key focus areas include providing leadership and advice on industrial/employment relations matters, driving solution-focused conversations that influence client groups to make informed decisions, partnering with managers on performance and misconduct issues, collaborating with the operations team to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations, and working with other People Business Partners and teams on implementing improvements or change initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to be agile and handle different challenges and personalities, experience in a regulated industry, proven ability to interpret relevant employment legislation, willingness and ability to travel across Victorian and NSW sites, and experience in the NFP and/or Disability sector is advantageous.
