About the role:
We're looking for a detail-focused and proactive Goods and Services Cataloguer to manage and maintain the accuracy, usability, and effectiveness of our catalogue master data in our financial management system. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert, supporting our Procurement and Logistics teams through data analysis, insights, and advice that help us improve and evolve.
Catalogue Management
* Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and usability of the catalogue master data and contract pricing in Unitywater's financial management system.
* Act as the subject matter expert for the organisation's functional catalogue.
Data Analysis & Insights
* Regularly analyse catalogue and procurement data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide insights and advice to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
* Work closely with stakeholders across the business to support operational efficiency.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement through proactive support and data-driven recommendations.

Skills And Experience
* Proven expertise in catalogue management, with the ability to work autonomously and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role and active engagement in inventory management networks is an advantage.
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Sound understanding of catalogue and inventory management, including product codification frameworks such as UNSPSC and ANZSIC.
Personal Attributes
* Strong customer focus, effective collaborator, and reliable team contributor.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
