Financial Record Keeper Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Record Keeper to maintain accurate financial records, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately record financial transactions
* Prepare and process invoices and payments
* Reconcile bank statements and accounts
* Present financial reports in meetings
* Prepare balance sheets
* Action Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
* Experience handling large volumes of invoices
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures
* Familiarity with national and state compliance and regulations
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping desirable
