About the role
Westhaven is looking for a People and Culture Systems Manager to oversee all systems and processes for managing employee data. This includes payroll inputs, organisational structure management, employee appointments, movements accreditation compliance monitoring. We’re seeking a candidate with a strong background in systems, data, and process management, and we’re open to applicants from people, IT or accounting backgrounds, who are also comfortable with people management.

- Compliance Credentialing and Risk Identification
- Transactional Team Manager
Essential requirements
- A current NSW Driver’s licence.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
