The role

Step into a role where you'll help bring meaningful partnerships to life across the Botanic Gardens of Sydney. As a Partnerships Officer, you'll support programs that connect organisations, volunteers and supporters with our iconic gardens—helping to nurture relationships, deliver engagement activities and coordinate initiatives that generate revenue and strengthen community impact. You'll be hands‑on with everything from corporate volunteering sessions to partner events, hospitality allocations, and day‑to‑day coordination that keeps our partnership programs moving.

You'll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days feel the same. With competing priorities and a wide mix of stakeholders, you'll help manage communication channels, organise schedules, keep documentation on track and support the delivery of partnership strategies—all while building strong, positive relationships internally and externally.

This hybrid role offers flexibility while ensuring strong on-site collaboration. You'll work 5 days a fortnight in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney office—with occasional visits to our Mount Annan and Mount Tomah sites each quarter.
