To keep up with our increasing demand we are in need of an Accounts All-rounder/Administration Assistant who has an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
The successful applicant will need to be an adaptable individual that will be able to provide direct support to the Finance Manager and CEO.Duties for the successful candidate will include (but not be limited to):General Office Administration and Clerical dutiesAccounts Payable and ReceivableFiling and ArchivingWeekly and Monthly reportingReconciliationsMaintaining accounting softwareAssist with day-to-day correspondenceThe ideal candidate will have the following attributes:Experience with MYOB highly regardedOrganised and PunctualCompetent with Microsoft suite of productsStrong Excel skills highly regardedAble to work quickly and efficientlyHighly motivatedConfidentiality and privacy is a necessityAttention to detail and accuracyHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsAt this point, this will be a 12 month parental leave cover.If you think you have the right skill set to suit this role and want to join our team please apply online today.
