We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will lead projects related to Sourcing, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Asset Management, Digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing Excellence.
This is a hybrid position based in Western Australia, offering the opportunity to build relationships and networks across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* At least one to three years of recent operational or consulting experience and knowledge in asset intensive industries (such as mining & metals, power and utilities, oil and gas, capital infrastructure)
* Critical thinking and ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist clients
* Ability to articulate your point of view to a senior audience
* Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes, monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
* Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Designing and implementing transformative sourcing strategies and commercial models
* Supporting procurement within a complex environment of a large organization
* Delivering Operational Excellence (end-to-end operating models, operations continuous improvement, application of systems thinking, Lean/Six Sigma)
* Asset Management (transforming practices to improve asset reliability and productivity)
* Delivering Manufacturing Excellence (e.g. continuous improvement in a manufacturing context)
* Delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions (e.g. Supply Chain IT Platforms, Analytics & Visualization, Warehouse, Transport and Demand Management Systems, Blockchain or Automation/Robotics)
