Found in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning ("MindChamps") is a pathbreaking Preschool and early childhood education with 86 centres operating globally in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.
As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cert III & Diploma qualified Educators to join our close-knit and supportive team in Albion Park, NSW.
As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:
Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies.
Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service.
Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators.
Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home‐school partnership program with the parents.
What we are looking for
A completed Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificates.
The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long‐term career.
