Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (In-Person)

Hours: During School Hours (Flexible)
About the Role: We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate 1:1 tutors to support pupils in the Northampton area. Tutoring sessions will take place either in the pupil's home or within a school setting, depending on individual learner needs. This role involves delivering personalised support to help students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions based on the learner's needs
* Support pupils with their academic progress and engagement
* Plan and adapt lessons in line with individual learning styles
* Provide feedback on student progress
* Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment
Requirements
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
* Strong subject knowledge (core subjects desirable)
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies
