The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Chef who enjoys the flexibility of working across both à la carte and functions, and who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
As Chef Tournant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Restaurant Sous Chef, Functions Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of our kitchens. You’ll work across à la carte service, large-scale events and banquets, helping to deliver a consistently high standard of food quality, presentation and service.
This role would suit a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie with experience working in large hotels across à la carte, production and banquets.
With the support of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will:
* Support and lead the kitchen team during service
* Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met
* Step up to help manage the daily running of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chefs
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in mentoring others.
