Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Medical Operations Manager to join our team at Lime Medical Clinic in Mildura. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting employees and health care professionals, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional medical centre.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception team workflow and support them in managing patient appointments, greeting clients, taking re-bookings, and processing payments.
* Oversee debt collections and maintenance tasks, ensuring all staff, patients, and visitors follow Covid-19 health regulations.
* Maintain confidentiality and quality control of patient files and notes.
* Coordinate engagement and management of third-party vendors.
* Support the Management team with reporting and ad-hoc tasks.
* Ensure a harmonious, cheerful, and engaging practice environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in medical practice management, demonstrated people management skills, and experience with recruitment, staff training, and development.

* A thorough understanding of financial management in a medical business, including Medicare rebates, is required.
* Best Practice experience is advantageous but not necessary.
