We are on the lookout for a strong and experienced Store Managers & Assistant Managers to lead our clients stores to success! And what a time to start : before peak trade so you can get the best run up to end December and January sales!
Ideally we seek applications from exciting & natural people managers and clear communicators! We want to hear from people who inspire the team to action to create exceptional customer experiences. You will have experience in leading teams to achieve store and individual budgets as well as structured KPI's. You will be trained and mentored by some of the most talented retailers around, and have opportunity for progression based on your performance.
Most important and essential of all? You MUST come from a fashion background!
Skills You'll Bring
* Ability to coach and develop up to 8 staff to achieve consistent results
* Sensational time management and operational skills
* Manage wages, rosters, budgets and KPI's
* Experience in either fashion / furniture / interiors!
* Manage HIGH VOLUME product levels
* Passion, energy and a focus to thrive on results
* Demonstrate excellent sales skills in a consultative environment
* Have impeccable VM and administration standards
