Crucial Team Role: Be the central coordinator, enabling the New Homes Consultants to focus on selling by handling all critical administrative tasks.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Management: Promptly respond to and efficiently qualify incoming sales leads, gathering essential information.
Nurturing: Build strong communication pathways with clients early in their home‑building journey so they are confident in coming to G.J. Gardner Homes when they are ready to take their next steps.
Scheduling: Schedule qualified leads for follow‑up appointments with New Homes Consultants.
Client Support: Provide exceptional service and support, acting as a reliable touchpoint.
Data & Documentation: Collect and record accurate site‑related information; manage and update client data within the CRM system.
This full‑time role is based in our central Mornington office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
